Hello, horse lovers!

My name is Shelby and I am the owner of Opal Summer Equestrian. My passion for horses started when I was just a little 5 year old girl and never stopped growing. After many years of taking ridding lessons and dreaming of owning a horse of my own. My grandma made my dreams come true and we purchased "Cody" Opal Summer Equestrians official ambassador & model. 

Since becoming a horse owner it made me realize there is a need for more gentle tack in the industry. That is when I came up with my own designs of bitless paracord Sidepull attachments & Neck Ropes and Opal Summers Equestrian was born.

My mission for starting my shop is to help offer horse owners high quality and unique pieces of gentle tack. All proceeds go towards supporting me and my beautiful now 19 year old heart horse Cody.
